    Take a xacto knife and gently cut it away making sure not to touch the cube.

    Blues look very nice Andy. Beam specs still look a bit poor on the reds though - I know reds are difficult as most manufacturers are struggling to get tight beams. Just wonder how much will be lost internally through missing the scanner mirrors.

    Have you done any estimates?

    Did you turn the reds down for the photo as looks a lot less than 800mw there (maybe the camera sensorsivity at the red end if not).

    the beam on the reds sucks bit time, but no real way round it

    Well the reason I ask is I was looking at 3 watt rgb units on ebay and it looks like they sell for 4 to 5 grand. Im going to be running into to 6 grand hopefully soon and wanted to know what they go for. I dont trust ebay lasers , Im sure some are good but I rather buy good quality rgb system.
