    Default 12v 50a sm psu

I have 2 "Mean Well" SE-600-12 switch mode PSU's for sale. They are in pristine condition and virtually unused. They accept 110V or 230V inputs and provides 12VDC @ 50A output. They are fan cooled and virtually silent in operation. New price for these is around £95. I am looking for £50 each, plus postage.

Do these come equipped with any voltage tweaking pot ? Can they go a little higher than 12V ?
Their website lacks output specs .... and a pdf file
Can these run in current control ?
