Firstly, apologies for the lack of detail in the schematic, i seem to have a weird version of Visio. Anyway, just wanted an opinion on the mains side of the wiring
cheers

Looks good to me. One thing I would recommend you change, is to not have the mains wiring anywhere near your lasers cords, or any kind of signal cords. if I put a 240V AC power cord up to my microphone, there is enough induction going on between them I can HEAR the 50hz! You dont want that in your galvo signal lines, or you'll have wavy lines.
I would also recommend some kind of cover for the dist. terminals, you dont want anything else touching them!
Other than that, it looks fine
No probs. With the chassis earthing, just make sure your laser-wave lasers dont have the + or the diode connected to case or anything like that. They usually dont, but its safe to check before you blow up $$$$ of lasers
Someone that deals with the laser-wave lasers could probably offer some input here, but it should be fine. I'm pretty sure laser-wave would design there lasers with the intention of them being mounted on grounded plates
EDIT: I hope you have the amps for the scanpro's
Sure have . As i haven't yet bought my FB3 eval kit, i have the DMX board (scanpro).
The laserwave images used were originally created by Loopee (Troy). This is my first proper build, so i thought i'd use them as a rough reference.
I still need a few more bits which i'll be sorting in the new year
I would also be inclined to run an earth link form the chassis earth point to the case (if it is metal).
This helps:
