HA! Same here man. Last time I was in Vegas I played blackjack for 8 hours straight and was up only $15 when I left. I'm not much of a gambler but I consider it a win if I can have 8 hours of fun for free. Oh, free top shelf liquor too!

P.S. Where did you stay? What is your game? Some casinos have better odds.

Its interesting that tocket mentioned the odds of gambling. When it comes to cards, the odds are in the dealers hands. BUT its only about 49% to 51% we did a long section on this in one of my stats classes I took. We actually spoke to the professor about it and he told us how the convention of statisticians are now banned from vegas, because they walked in knowing the odds too.

One thing you can always end up winning with is the roulette table... you just double or nothing your losses until you win, but you will be kicked out before you know it.

A good friend of mine informed me that you need to set a winnings and losses limit. Most people only have their loss limit... that is to say if I lose $100 I am going to stop. But then they are up $300 and they keep going thats when the addiction comes into place, you bet the $300 and lose it all, its trying to regain that money that will get you into trouble - FAST.
