Talking Build Your Own Rock Concert

Following on from the "build your own lasers" thread, this is something I started some years ago. Basically, its all the equipment required (in 1/12th scale) to build a concert stage.

I designed lighting, PA, trussing and all the ancilaries required to do this. All you need to do is print, cut, fold and glue. Here are some examples.

    Large Scan

    Lighting Desk

    Audio Processor Rack

There are 4 PDF documents in total, one each for Lighting, Audio, Backline & Trussing. All together, you can build the following equipment-

    16 Big Scans
    16 Little Scans
    12 Moving Heads
    8 Linear Strobes
    4 Smoke Machines
    2 Lighting Desks
    4 Follow Spots
12 Bars of 6 Par Cans
8 Bars of 4 Par Cans
    4 Floor Cans
    4 Audiencs Blinders
4 Dimmer Racks in Flight Cases

    16 Subs
    16 Mid Top Cabinets
    4 Bass Side Fills (monitors)
4 Mid Top Side Fills (monitors)
    6 Wedge Monitors
    8 Amp Racks
    2 Processor Racks
    3 Distro Racks
    Tape & CD Rack
    Turntables & Mixer

    24 Long Truss
    24 Medium Truss
    24 Short Truss

EDIT: PDF documents are in the post below.

Maybe we could have a little comp. See who builds the best stage over the holiday period.

I will also work on the "back line" equipment and add this to the list when completed.

why not just attach them to the thread?

I could host the files for a while if they're not too big

Double sided tape. Although you could make minature truss clamps from wire.

After seeing thr youtube vid of the mini lego rock concert, i am tempted to try this out.I may even put a few LED's in the spots

Just gotta see if the printer is gonna let me print on thick paper, or if I even have some thick paper!
