I just remember some drawing a while back where someone made a program to randomly draw numbers. and then the program was criticized, then it was forgotten, then it was re-checked, then lost, then someone improved it, then it was criticized, then 2 more people added code to it, then it was criticized, then it was re launched, then NASA added algorithms to it, then someone hacked the code...............

i just want a fun raffle, thats all. i think everyone (hopefully) by now knows im a pretty honest guy. I just dont want this to turn into more of a hassle and headache than what its worth.
