Bridge, if it's carefully shaped to allow easy external cleaning and no dust traps, I'd go with QUAZAR's suggestion of a lamp for operating theatres. Not a dentist lamp though, no way it can be directional enough for that. Hard to say without knowing what lamps it's meant to use though. Looks expensive though, seems like the construction used in glass reflector lamps, but on a scale that usually only includes pressed metal shells, so it's probably rare.
