    Cool

Yep - Mike Dunn's work. The guy is a genius.

Although that show was done for Laserium, a lot of his Pangolin work looks strikingly similar. Of course, the Pangolin abstract generator is pretty awesome, but even so, Mike really knows how to use it for maximum effect.

    OMG

I just love ELP's music... The laser show wasn't bad either

'Trilogy' was a classic 'Prog Rock' album, and the track 'Hoedown' used in that show is an all time classic

Thanks for posting that, it's made my day. Now where did I put my 'Brain Salad Surgery', 'Trilogy' and other ELP stuff?.... Oh that's right I already have all their albums on my iPod - Lucky me

The lumina video was good, but that was not 4 head Laserium , and I have seen 4 head Laserium. Heck I own a laser abs generator of the type used for two head, and all I can say, is, That video is a warmup, compared to what they can do if they resurrect some of the old stuff.

Still glad to see it on youtube,

I have been toying with the idea of building a series of dmx controlled old school scan glass effects modules.

I trained on laserium and fantasy systems when I worked at a planetarium- long time ago and really miss that stile of show. I much prefer the synth and glass effects to just a set of scanners and pangolin. For me the vector art gets old quickly.

    Neat post.

p.s. Mixed: what is up with that synth you were working on? I would love to hear more!.

When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.
