I'll try it now. Just a question though, does this let you repair drioves aswell, and not just setup windows? I dont wanna have to wipe my drive completely and start fresh if I dont have to

Yeah, it will just go to the Windows setup like you'll setup from CD (but then from USB drive). Go to recovery console for repair.

Fixed it up! Didnt loose any data either

It turns out using just "fixmbr" fixes the mbr on the BOOT device, not the one you logged into, so I did "fixmbr \Device\HardDisk0", and it all worked perfectly!
