I gave a roboreptile to a friends kid for xmas year before last.

Have they improved the battery life, or do you use rechargables?

Impressive toys. Of course the kid's dad spent more time with it.......

I got a roboraptor for my brother for Christmas 4 or 5 years ago. What a piece of junk! We all lost interest in it within 10 minutes. Looks like the new stuff is better, though, why not just spend $200 more and get a Sony Abio. Now those things are cool! So is the lego system with the microcontroller.

Can I teach it to repair plasma tubes (using it's own finances) while I'm at work?

I have two real cats and a dog... We have to feed them and clean up their feces if they shat on the floor. Lucky for them they do not do that often. The dog has found two rats the in back recently, killed them, and brought them inside... O, and they die too; we had three cats and a dog before Christmas. I'd go real before Robo anyday. Next dog is going to be a Rotty.

If you're after a guard dog get an Rhodesian Ridgeback. Eat Rottweilers for breakfast and something a bit different.

Nice temperament (at least one I met) but very very powerful.

Apparently they were bread for LION hunting in Africa!!!
