It is not in a finished state, but it is together and producing some nice colors. With the help of Pangolin's extra color channels and the ability to fully tweak the color settings, I got what I feel is a true purple. I have always loved purple and though blue magenta was a poor equivalent... I ran a pair of wires off the 5th color channel and dubbed it violet.
I am using a reflect UV, pass all that I got from Mario Master to mix the 405. I have Bridge's dichro, but it is real thin and the dichro holder... won't hold it. I was in a hurry and saw that and grabbed it up. Based on "eye" tests, it is actually a bit more efficient than the dichro at the angles I have available in the projector. Once I have a meter on hand I plan on testing the loss on both of them. There is a fair amount of white loss and 405 pass thru on both unless they are at very severe angles. If you see in the pictures below, I go across the projector output to a mirror before going to the dichro at a 20 to 30 degree angle. Interestingly the sweet spot for both white transmission and UV reflection seem to be very close. I still want to check with a meter.
Most are somewhat familiar with the heavy beast, here are some shots of it with the addition of 140mW (after cube) 405nm set up. Right now it is running with:
140mW 405 daedal wdie4drives+, 4x@75mW, 6x@100mW, 140 after cube
100mW 473 Laser Wave
100mW 532 CNI
300mW 660 MechEng3 wFlexmods, 2x175mW, 300 after cube
