Default Unable to access settings in LiveQuick

I can cycle through the cues, but the color balance is off as well as the orientation. The other programs work just fine (showRider, Draw3D, Abstract) and the settings are universal between them, but LiveQuick can neither read nor alter the settings established by the other programs. The error I get is:

EXCEPTION: Error reading seScanRate.Max: Access violation at address 004D83FF in module LiveQ.EXE. Read of address 00000049

I have tried reinstalling the program several times.

I would send this information to Pangolin tech support using the "Contact.." form on their web site. Be sure to include the S/N of your FB3, and the release version of LiveQUick you are using.

They are generally quick to respond to tech support issues when you use the "Contact.." link.

    It's been a week and no response. I've sent a follow-up.

Did you use the online contact form on the Pangolin site, or the e-mail address?

I've always used the online form with good success - I've heard the stand-alone e-mail address may have issues due to spam filters, etc.

Ah, that may be it. With the error came an address to send the error report to which is the one I used. I have now used the contact form on the site. Thanks!
