Default DMX problem with Laserworld Proline 2000

Hello! Here is the problem that i have with proline 2000 green laser from laserworld:
Laser has internal RGB controller board, that give laser modulation output. So when i try to control laser through ilda, the modulation output is 4.8 V aprox. and the power of the laser module is full, but when i try to control it through DMX (Dimmer is 100%) the controller gives 2.0V at modulation output. I try another controller and output is the same, so the power of laser doesn't reach 1W.
I wrote to laserworld but they told - try to change your dmx controller and bla bla bla

May be somebody has any ideas about this problem?
