    A little late here but... -Awesome!

    I like the layout. I think I'll do something similar when I finally get around to building a proper RGB rig.

    Reading this thread just now for the first time made it seem like you threw this together in 1 week.

    Don't let this thread fool you. He has been planning and bull shitting for ever... It only looks so good because it has taken him so long. It does look very nice though.

    LOL!

    Thanx guys

    Jonathan: Truth be told, Aaron is partially right... I have had most of the pieces for a very long time. I had an older build that I hated. It was smaller, the plate was thinner, the sides were not sturdy enough for my liking, and I just wasn't 'proud' of it... It didn't last long, and that's how this came about. I basically used the layout that I had in mind, but couldn't fit on the old plate. Between drawing it, ordering all the materials, alignment and drilling, to where it's at now it took me about a week of work. This does not include the week or so of being too busy to work on it right in the middle, and this doesn't include the ordering of the lasers and optics (which I've had for a while now). Only thing left now is the sides... but probably wouldn't have enough time to get them all done by FLEM

    I do appreciate your comments though

    On the other hand... I've begun planning a second build already
    First one is not fully done and I'm planning for the second one... Jeez this hobby is expensive...

    Thanx;

    An obsession is right!

    I dunno why... but it's not enough to have just one lonely projector... it needs a second one to go along with it... a mini tag-along projector...

    This is true...one is not enough. Very nice colors in the pix! Great balance...would like to see it in person...nice job. You have me reconsidering 442nm now and 405.....faster modulation speeds. Nah ... just kidding. Too deep in the 473 game.

    Thank you very much

    I have seen your progress on the home-made 473, good stuff! I'm really looking forward to your results
