Just a quick note...

Just real quick...

i have had quite a few PM's and a few threads here and there eluding to whats going on with my family.

so i figured i would give a quick synopsis of what is going on.

my brother is about at the end of his time here. he has 3 brain tumors. (yes, 3!!!) and he has taken a pretty drastic turn for the worse. he is loosing his hearing. his legs are numb from the knees down and he is sleeping about 16-20 hous a day. all that is left is sever headaches and the tumors hemmoriging (sp?) and that will be it. it has been pretty hard here for myself and my family. he is only 30 years old! but at this point he is getting too close to the "suffering" point and THAT SHIT i AM NOT going to be able to handle watching him go through. so i pray to whatever god there may be out there to let him go peacefully in his sleep.

on top of that...my mom is trying to fight breast cancer. she is responding very well to the chemo and she is expected to beat it 100% however it is still fu*#ing breast cancer and its really taking a toll on her. ESPECIALLY watching her son die in front of her.

then...to top ALL OF THAT off....

last sunday my father was rushed into the hospital with Spinal Meningitis.
he is doing ok now. but its a pretty shitty virus to have. (he has viral, NOT bacterial. Bacterial is MUCH more deadly.)

sooo....thats pretty much 2 years of stories and family chrisis squeezed into a few paragraphs here. i didnt post it here for pitty or anything. dont worry. im not ignoring my orders or inventory. i just was receiving some PM's and like i said some threads were mentioning what was going on.

i consider a lot of you personal friends, so i felt it prudent to let OUR communinty know what was going on. i SINCERELY APPRECIATE the pm's i have gotten of concern. it really means a lot to me.

just a quick "sentimental" note...

dont take petty shit in life to seriously! love your family. sometimes, theyre gone before you know it or before you have time to make up for that last fight!

Wow Marc, don't know what to say

Watching any fellow human suffer is not good, but watching close members of your family suffering is really terrible (been there myself). I know it's not much, but my thoughts and prayers are with you.

My father died of Oesophageal cancer 2 years ago so I too have experienced this evil.

Sorry to hear that Marc, my thoughts are with you and your family.

My wife died 3 years ago of cervical cancer so I have some idea of where you are. It is hard but it make you stronger and more compassionate and yes you do see a lot of other problems as being trivial.

I've never really been through anything like that, so I'm stuck for words. But all I can say is hang in. I'm sure I speak for everyone on PL when I say we'll all do our best to be here for you in this hard time.
