    Default AVS Visualisations

    Hi all

In another thread I mentioned I had played about with one of the AVS Visualisations in Winamp.

Adam (Buffo) requested that I share these with forum users. I am happy to do this, in fact the only reason I hadn't done this before now was that I didn't think anyone would be interested in them.

Anyway, i've just uploaded them to the ftp server under a new root directory... /AVS Visualisations/Oscilloscope/

There are seven in total, all varying slightly. I particularly like number seven, ironically this is the one with the simplest settings. Try listening to Let me think about it by Ida Corr Vs Fedde Le Grand - Wicked

Anyway, there's now a new directory specifically for these Visualisations, so if anyone else would like to share their favourites

Oh, almost forgot to mention... you need to copy these files into the 'C:\program files\winamp\plugins\avs_laser' directory on your hard drive. That is of course assuming that you chose the defaults for everything when you installed winamp etc . Now when you fire up the AVS visualiser and choose 'load', you'll see the new visualisations in the list.

    Cheers

Any chance of a few quick pics or even a video of it in action?
You have no idea how painful it is for me to keep reading all the cool things the Pango gear can do, with me not having my FB3 yet

    Cheers,

Won't have chance to video anything today now i'm afraid... However, imagination is your friend

I have a QM2000.Net (), i'm not sure it works with the FB3. I have no doubt someone will come along and enlighten us in due course.

There were several other reasons, but this was the top one.

    Question

I want to have a vertical scope. How would one go about changing, Init: n=100; t=0; tv=0.0;dt=0; per point: x=(i-.5)*2; y=-sin(i*3.14159)*tv+v*1.2; from side to side to up and down, or rotate it 90 degrees.
