Well, you could arrive early and help me set up!
I plan on getting there sometime around 9 AM. I doubt too many others will be there before 10 or 11 though, so that should give me more than enough time to move the tables around and stuff. But yeah, if you want to show up early and help, that would be great!

As for isolation, the closest house is across the "river", but it is only 100 feet or so off US 441, aka OBT a few miles south.

I'll add to this; this is literaly 2 to 3 miles from the closest local mall and all the Chilli's/Ruby Tuesdays that go along with that. There is a Holiday Inn express or something within a mile across the bridge. It is 100 feet to the highway, but at a 70 degree incline, or I will guess 75 feet below the road.

Tavares is north-west of Orlando. For you, you'd want to drive down I-75, just before the Florida Turnpike, take the exit for SR-44, which will take you right into Tavares.
