Default The best material I have ever worked with...

As some of you know, I am a high school student. We have a robotics team at school which I am very involved in. We have build many robots to compete in the FIRST competition which we have done very well in. Our team is widely known for out use of Bosch Extrusion in robot construction. While not quite as light as welded aluminum tube, it is much more functional and easy to work with including stronger then most other options.

You can see a list of the robots we have made from Bosch here: LINK

Bosch is a great material for projectors as well. It is quite light, very easy to cut and use, and available online! The 30x30mm Bosch we use is about $6 a foot so it is not the cheapest material, but it does the job really well.

There are connectors on each end of the Bosch. The parts including bars of bosch are available here

I hope you guys see how great this stuff is, it is amazing to work with, and always has great results.

Ah, Bosch has reinvented Parframe. You can get it a lot cheaper then 6$ a foot, too.
