Mate please....Don't tell me nothing about my neighbours, I beg you.....
They are just boring people.... conceited and snob people only....
Asshole people they are!

Last time one of them, seeing smoke coming from my hazer machine, come next to me and smiling like "fuck-me-around" way he told me:
"Hey man..... Are you sure this your smoke it is not dangerous for our health?"...

I answered him bad way.... "Your farts are more dangerous than my fog!.... "

But I'm sure he would have deserved a worse answer.....
