I suffer from the Dunning–Kruger effect... daily.
Hmm... my bad then... I just regurgitated what the show stated... They didn't really specify that that was the minimum requirement...
Perhaps they used that much power to increase the accuracy of the reading? It was to measure the distance to the moon... Pretty fascinating stuff

I suffer from the Dunning–Kruger effect... daily.
When I was in college I saw an "artist" who wanted to paint a picture of a laser dot on the moon. He set up a website asking anyone and everyone to shine their laser pointers at the moon all at the same time. I paid attention to it because it was on my birthday, but it was real cloudy out an I lost interest playing a video game or something.I didn't think it was really possible, especially in hind sight; it was 2001 and "everyone" had access to <5mW reds... We might be able to pull something off now.
How many CuBr owners we got on here now?
