Hi all!
You're all so helpful I wonder if anyone can help me out with my goal here. Here's the problem; I bought a set of scanpro20's from LSP and set it up. In the manual it says to "match the serial number of the driver with the serial number of the scanner". There's only one problem... they don't match up! I got a kit with 4 different serial numbers

. This is unfortunate because the drivers are factory-tuned for the specific scanners they go with. I set it up anyway hoping for the best, and found that at least one of them is outrageously out of tune, so I set out to tune it myself. I'm using the tutorial from the LSP website but I can't seem to adjust anything correctly.
I guess what I'm asking is, is there anyone here who has tuned a set of scanpro's? I've identified the pots on the drivers, but when I turn them, nothing seems to happen. I'm using the ILDA test pattern and looking for undershoot or overshoot to occur as I rotate them but I can't see any decernable change. Am I using the wrong scan angle maybe? How do I change that?
I'm very worried that I'll overturn something and break the scanners, what's the risk of that? Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks!
