Hi, here are some more demo files finally. They have been re-done with the latest version. They are set for 30k with ILDA test pattern blanking. Animations are set for continuous 30kpps frame-by-frame. Animations have been done in 3DS Max with illustrate! plugin and ILD SOS for conversion. Logos converted from DXF in ILD SOS. Other stills drawn in inkscape and converted to ILDA with ILD SOS. The hallway was done by dr_laser (thanks for all your testing these months). For proper display, your software should not add or remove points, or change the blanking path.
Enjoy!

Cheers chappy.
i can't load .dfx file in ILD SOS. WhY?
You don't give me much to go on, but probably your error is that you are trying to load a DXF version that it doesn't understand.
Download acme cad converter 7.98:
http://www.soft32.com/download_1588.html
open the DXF and re-save it in AutoCad R12 format.
Then it should open.
i download acme cad, open dfx and resave in R12, but in ILD sos not open....
i attached file with screenshot ILD SOS...proces download .dfx in ILD sos in stop...
i attached .dfx file...please check it.
and it check....
thanks for posting test files. The program reads in the EXTMIN and EXTMAX data from the file in order to determine the 'frame' (zoom) that the data should be displayed in. In these cases, your extmin and max are huge values that will cause the picture to look like a tiny dot in the center. For now, you can delete these lines:
using notepad on the dxf files. This will fix loading of the eiffel. The dfx file has an additional complication - the entities of the picture are in 'blocks', not in the usual place in the dxf file. I will add block functionality to ILD SOS to correct for this in the next release, along with an EXTMIN EXTMAX sanity check. Till then, see if you can save the 'dfx' files without block grouping.Code:$EXTMIN 10 1.000000000000000E+20 20 1.000000000000000E+20 30 1.000000000000000E+20 9 $EXTMAX 10 -1.000000000000000E+20 20 -1.000000000000000E+20 30 -1.000000000000000E+20 9
Hi drlava, I want to see first what I can do with 3DS max before I will buy the software. I can get Autodesk 3ds max 2010 with a student license (all legal). Is the Illustrate! plugin included in 3ds max? Or do I have to 'buy' the plugin as well?
Life is short.... Ride it hard!!
You gotta buy it.
