After a long time like a ghost in this forum, I show you my new project.

2 years a go the first project was with the motor step by step and 10mW green.
Second 100mW 532nm and 170mW ALC60X galvo 30K
Tired 100mW 532nm & 400mW 650nm
Fourth 100mW 532nm & 400mW 650nm & 230mW 473nm galvo 45K
After I chnge for 500mW 532nm and 1,2W red 8 diodes.

And now, I resart a new box for the last DPSS's vesion...

Is that enclosure two levels on 'pillars'? Thats a pretty cool design.

It's the same idea, but dimensions differents.

Level 0 100mm hight
Level 1 80mm hight
Pillars 80mmhight, squarre tube 60mm/60mm/4mm
For optic, 1ste floor 10mm thickness
Right & left sides levels 0 & 1 10mm thickness
face & rear 2mm thickness
and the tops 3mm
DPSS green 532nm LASER-WAVE 500mW
DPSS Blue 473nm LASER-WAVE 230mW
RED is home made 8 diodes (8*200mW), I think 1,2W with the loss
