This is exactly what I'm afraid of.

A bunch of douchebags shine lasers at aircraft (which has been happening for two weeks straight about an hour away from my house)

And as soon as the cops find ONE person with a laser on their person it's automatically considered to be *used to shine at planes*. I never carry any lasers with me outside of my house (unless I'm transporting the big lasers) but it's still ridiculous.

What if it happens in my area and a bunch of people go "hey I know this guy who has a TON of laser gear.... I bet it was him!!!".... As if I'm standing in my back yard with a 168 on my shoulder like a bazooka...
