I have problem to connecting my new scanner... On my old scanner the inputs signals is XGY and for my new scanner i need X+X-G and Y+Y-G.

Ground the amplifier x- and y- inputs and connect the old x and y signals to x+ and y+. inputs. You may only see 1/2 the rated deflection, but otherwise you would need to build and add inverting amplifier circuits to generate the differential signals.
