    Default Custom heatsinks?

I need somone to make me a custom heatsink with this size.

    Length 7cm
    Height 4cm
    Width 4cm

I would like it fit for a mendrith, and have a little screw fit for a 1.5mm hex key/allen wrench.

    The extra's.

I would like a 3x3 cm (about 6mm thick) TEC and, a current regulator to regulate the current for the TEC and on the top of the heatsink I would like a 3x3cm, 6mm thick "groove" to fit the TEC, Also I MUST be able to remove the TEC at ANY time I want.

The TEC must have wires coming off to solder the current regulator to and solder to the batteries. (What batteries can I use? Is 2/3 aa or 1/2 18650 good?)

This is for my 1.2W red labby/large handheld.

The labby has a TEC on it and the large handheld will have the TEC removed cause I will have a seperate battery pack for the TEC, I will make a strechy arm-band for holding the battery holder onto my arm to hook up to the laser and I will hold the laser in my hand.

Please quote me prices for one in alumium.

    Thanks!

You will soon come to realise that unless you have a huge amount of disposable money; you have to use components that are readily available and "off the shelf", then adapt your design to work with that. Of course; things like heatsinks, brackets etc, can be made in a home workshop, or by local engineering workshops.

Just remember; though some vendors post on here, most members of this forum are just enthusiasts. They will help where possible, but it is just a forum not shop.

    VioletBeam:
Which dimensions are the ones you want me to quote for? As they differ from the PM ones you sent.
But I'll happily make you something up, providing I have the material on the shelf, if not there might be a delay of a few days before I next go to the metal stockist.
