Look at the size of the red and black leads those were connected
    to TEC's (2)
This was a Brand new unit surplus guys hacked it out for the pump,PS,controller and TEC block
I powered it up just purrrs very quit .
that copper block gets cold FAST!

what size of TEC's do you all think were in there? I have no clue.

    Thumbs up

Nice catch; too bad the TECs weren't included. I'd say 400W+.

Wow! Nice find... Sux that these 'surplus' guys don't know what they had! Quite stupid if you ask me... the full unit is ALWAYS worth more than the pieces they took out... I think the thought process is "we can't sell a $5000 hunk of junk, but we can sell a couple $40 TECs... RIP 'EM OUT!"

    Congrats and good luck

    Lightbulb

I have one 437W TEC with the wires broke off. I cannot 100% assure it works but it did when I had it in a PC CPU cooling waterblock. Shoot me a PM with your address and I will send it over. If it works you can send me something interesting you have in return.
