    Default Postage Wih TNT post

Hello guys i just wondered if someone could help me with this.

I have send a laser on the 18th of march to Estonia with normal TNT dutch post international shipping. Now it,s the 27th of march and the package and the package still didn,t arive of course. When phil( phritzler) had send me a package from Vienna it took almost more the two weeks to arive at my doorstep in holland.
I have had several emails with questions why it takes so long and things about tracking number, wich company i send it with etc. My last email that i got was if it didn,t arive on the 3th the buyer submitted to get a refund. In life everything is nowadays about money, in stead of solving the problem together. In my family hounesty is the most important and i always act like it even if it cost my money or time to help the other person. Is there anyone that can help my how to convice the buyer that i,m an hounest seller en how to comfort him that it,s gonna be allright?

    Kind regards

Presumably you have a receipt so send a photocopy of that or provide a tracking number (if available) so that the buyer could monitor the package progress on the shippers site.

Guys, we recently had a similar problem and from what we understand TNT post in Holland do not ship outside holland.

For international shipping they use another carrier called dpd.

Now the problem is dpd use different tracking numbers and you need to find this number.

What you need to do is contact DPD to ask them to give you the new tracking number. We spent 15 days trying to do this and in the end the parcell arrived but it was sitting on a shelf and would have dne forever if we had not called so many times.
