    Which is better? Can you even compare prehistoric DOS software to more modern, feature rich software?

    FB3 with Live Pro wins - hands down, end of story. It's not even a fair fight.

    Though you *might* want to consider the LD-2000. It's even better than the FB3, but of course it also costs more.

    As Buffo said "hands down"!
    I am a Merlin user,,it works great,,but has issues it is getting better SLOWLY!!!
    but for all the ease of use,bells and whistles etc. go for the FB3!
