Well wether the forum needs a new one or not its still fun coming up with new ones. I like playing around with typography so I came up with this simple design... Its simple and I will be honest and say I only like the Lexicon side of it.

At the top of the page on the right hand side "Yea... Logo needs work now..." I took that as a hint that a new one might be needed.
Lambo awesome! the lexicon side is really cool..

This is from an old thread. Was easy to make, just add the font style in windows, load up pangolin and typed it in designer. There was a whole lot of flicker, but the camera compensated for that.

The suggested logos above hardly suffice.
It can be anything... and a raster will take care of the rest

I wasn't suggesting that the logo I posted replace the current, I like the current logo. What I posted was just a relatively fast scannable version of the current logo.

Face it, we're all here because of a common deficiency.
We all have the compulsion to scan coherent light to impress and awe.
We thereby demand the utmost of our equipment, our technical skills and creativity.

Therefore the photonlexicon logo frame MUST be a feat of engineering, impressing one and all.
Not only for the challenge of it, but to make us proud. Something to tell your grandchildren about.

1000 coloured coordinates of pure creativity.

Amaze me what your fancy pieces of software can do.
