Aside from the stupidity of this video... I'm not sure I'd be willing to take the risk on how much was back-reflected into the optics and the diode on a laser of my own... Well, maybe if that person's paying for it

Its boring. maybe a wisp of steam at best. If your very lucky you get some orange flashes.
I had a friend focus 2000 watts of co2 into a teacup of water. Very boring, the surface boiled at a tiny spot, then he lifted the focus a bit, and instant very tiny orange water vapor plasma ball, but thats it. So if 10,000, which is supposed to totally be adsorbed by h2o does that, 1064 is not gonna be spectacular. Thats why water is such a great coolant.
