    Default FB3 and 3D

How well does FB3 handle 3D objects?

From my month or so with the FB3, it can do it perfectly.
The only real problem for me was finding/creating such 3D frames in the first place!

I think Dr.Lava posted some 3D ILDA files and they worked great, with perhaps the only let down being my DT25 galvo flickering a wee bit.

If you have a test file you'd like me to try, fire it this way!

The FB3 doesn't have to 'handle' the 3D at all. It just takes care of the output. All the computing is done on the PC ...

How long a show can it hold? How many tracks? Does it update on the fly from the PC?

    Steve -

The FB3 is either a DAC in the form of a frame buffer, or a memory card player 128mb of memory IIRC, but this has a form of compression..
