Default cni psu pinout (want to switch to a flexmod driver)

I've got a CNI 473nm 80mw (I believe, waiting for my laserbee in the mail. It was an extremelaser 100) with TTL and a lab unit power supply.
I was wondering if anyone had the correct pinout diagram. I want to use one of drlava's flexmod2 to make it analog. I'll keep the current lab unit to control the TEC.

If anyone has the diagram, do you mind sharing? Also, do you guys believe this will work correctly? I've never tried it before and I don't want to blow my laser.
I'm assuming I should just test how many amps the current supply gives and set the flexmod driver to the same...

    Thanks!

great idea (I'm in the same scheme !) It may be easy to open the head and have a look to see the pinout diagram !

But, I think it's better to modify the lab psu to make it analog !
I will have a look for that...

Unfortunately I doubt this will happen anymore. My laser just died. PSU still seems to work... Laser just doesn't emit anything. Its less than 6 months old too. When I let it sit for a bit and turned it back on, I just saw a flash of blue and then nothing .
Just sent an email over to extremelasers, so we'll see what happens...

is it possible I heard that extremelasers has the habit of overpowering their diodes? seems like the pump has died

I received an email from them saying I could send it back with the PSU.
Only issue is, the PSU has been taken apart (top case removed) to fit in my projector. I assume this would put me OOW...

Either way you need to keep the factory supply if you want to do this. It controls two TEC's in the head with are VITAL to proper operation. If the laser stopped working, chances are the pump diode died or an electronic component failed causing it to think it's being blanked. Those diodes are either 2.5W or 3W diodes, depending on how new/old it is. I have a laser that was also from extremelasers and the diode current was only 2A... well below the rated max current.

If you are feeling ballsy, take the top cover off to see if the pump diode is still working. I will post some pictures of the guts here:

Oh yeah, there could also be a broken solder joint in the head. On mine, the solder joint for the anode of the diode was hanging on by a string and broke off with hardly any pressure.

I have similar problems with my old blue. It had a dead diode, which I've replaced, but now I can't get anything out of it; it comes on for a moment and then fades out. The thermistor on the diode block is dead, too, not sure why that happened.

    The guts look like this:

Well, I already replaced the one in my pictures with a 200 mW model from DragonLasers. Which, incidentally, is very nice indeed :-)
