Nice work Dave, and 50x50mm must've lowered the bar for the smallest quad

Dave, would you be willing to sell the mechanical part of these (without driver, optics, ...) on LSP?

Simon explained to me on UKLEM that he indeed made a special jig for filling the epoxy. Can some one post pictures or explain how to get the thermal stuff in so nice (and what brand is it ? I have now the white stuff called RTV (Room temperature vulcanizing) what Robin uses with the Die4Chill.

I am curious how to get the stuff in and make it nice and evenly spaced around. And what is that thread bushing, did you make it yourself ?
Does the aixiz fit in, which thread ? etc... please more info on how you made these beautys please...

Another pic to show the fit with mounts... I reckon I might be able to save a little more space even if I was to start again

That's cheating!! Your mounts are outside the module, your module is so bigger than 50x50mm

Joking apart, these small mounts are really nice. I should get myself some of them...
