They (well.. ehrm.. WE) are 2 dance-producers/DJ's from the Netherlands. Club-hand's-up-dance-style, remixes, etcetera. We're also doing the Nivara project/act (www.nivara.nl) - for the more serious "pop" dance songs together with a singer (stay tuned, first release is due to come out in july in Germany!).

Though I bet those rear-facing laser projectors would be good for getting rid of people that follow too closely!
No, Bill would include PASS in those projectors and then they wouldn't do any harm

    Not sarcastic, Ironic.
I must have caught KeeperX Syndrome.

Perhaps I should have added more winky smilies cus the comment was not meant to be derogatory to Pangolin or their upgrade model, just me posting after being down the pub (and we all know how that can get us into trouble the next day when you wake up and think "who posted that in my name?" ).

    Apologies for any feathers ruffled.

I don't think it will be quite as good as what we put out for LivePRO, but mostly because the workspace are really highly evolved over a number of years.

Cheers Bill for clarifying the issue of workspaces. Still looking forward to trying LDQ and will just use the program that best suits my needs.

    Hey Bill,

I'm very anxious to try out the new software (and I fully qualify as a dummy )

I was wondering, about 6 months ago, we had a discussion on this forum about the new software and how there maybe was going to be an API. Any news on that side ?

    Thanks,
    A happy FB3 owner!

Is QuickShow "Beyond" or is "Beyond" still in the making?

Beyond is still in the making, but quickshow is made on the fundation of beyond.

Quikshow is a program to all normal laser stuff quick

Beyond will be THE program for everyone who want to work in a 3D/4D envoirement.

What Bill said on monday was that ... Quickshow is built on the Beyond Platform ....

so maybe it is beyond .... maybe it isnt .....

all i can say is what we saw was good .... so if when the full release of beyond hits our PCs .... i think i may have to change my underwear

    all the best ... Karl

Not to detract from the thread as such.
I am one that has personally benefited from Pangolin / Bill's generosity re my own training which was offered with no strings attached before I was a Pangolin dealer and like many others here have enjoyed the many generous free handouts we get from him and Pangolin. (upgrades, shows, toys etc etc)
He ain't mean at the restaurant either...!!! On the LEM I went to he paid for a group of us from PL.

I personally don't care if he has a gold plated Mercedez or hummer or BMW...private jet or luxury yacht. Its his company and if he makes a few dollars its not up to us to suggest he shoudn't do this or that or that he should somehow give us more for free or cheap.

By the way I have ridden in Bill's vehicle on a number of occasions and it was not a Hummer, it was nice though. (except for the GPS which seemed to keep missing my flea bitten hotel.. gotta stop staying one star )

Buffo is right, their office is not lavish just practicle but really what has that to do with any of us ??
I hope no one thinks that Bill gets rich off PL sales because if you work out how many systems are sold via Pangolin to us as group in PL... well they might meet the payroll for a week or so maybe.

I know many comments are meant in humour but some guys can push the limit ... I ask, if we did manage to piss Bill off and a few have tried here in the past, would we (PL members) be better off ??? yeah right, I dont think so.
How many other top pro laser company directors are even here let alone share, advise and help even the newbs..? Oh thats right their away spending their time making money for themselves..

Have you been to a LEM that Bill has been to ?... how many came away empty handed ?

Anyway, as they say all in fun... but be cautious about biting the hand that feeds Bill's or others.

    Cheers to all

    Wink

Bill can't leave us... Too many of us know how to find him and he knows we will tie him up with skeetaskrim and drag him back.
