    That i really dont know. but it is used many hours over the last 3 days.
    sanding take very long time. there was a lot of scratches on the plates.

    Damn, this projector will be solid as a rock, with 6mm alu all the way Nice work!

    yeah and cutting allum sucks! but it looks like you have a good jig saw.

    and probably some better blades than i have.

    yes it is. the jig saw i have is new and it was very good to cut aluminium with .
    and the balde was olso new until I cut off the last plate. hehe

    You should find a friend who owns a 4000W CO2 laser cutting machine, as I did for my 10mm main plate, it's like cutting butter with a hot knife

    Great looking case. I'm going to be working on mine very soon. Is there any way that you can provide us with a list of materials required to build a case like this. Also is there any way to provide the dimensions of the case and a short description on how it is put together. I'm in the middle of deciding if I want to purchase a case or if I want to build one and your case makes me want to build one.
