Wanted: Red Tuneable Laser @656nm.

I'm looking for a laser centered on 656nm that I can tune through 2nm in 30 seconds, predictably and repeatably. It needs to keep a linewidth of <2GHz while it tunes. I'd love to find a turn-key system that can be tuned from my computer.

I have a bunch of holograms, meters and IR optics to trade if that's of interest. Or cash. Thanks a bunch!

Do you need full tunability of any wavelength between those 2nm or do you just need a pair of lasers 2nm apart? Either way it is going to be difficult to find. I am guessing you will have to go with a external cavity diode lasers to get what you want. What kind of power levels are you looking for?

Continuous tuning and as much power as I can find. I want to use it for a system to measure the transmittance of filters with bandpass between 0.02nm and 0.10nm. I have a Burleigh Wavemeter to give me wavelength to 0.001nm and a Coherent Ultima-2 2-channel meter for transmittance. The linewidth spec is to use the wavemeter at high resolution. I need enough power to make good transmittance measurements.
