Default For Sale: 100-200mw laserWave Green, my DAC & software, and 20Kpps Scanset

    Hi all,

I've been 'forced' to sell my laser gear due to my new landlord requiring a retainer on the new house i'm moving into in august, although my current landlord hasnt handed my previous one back yet, so im basically penniless (literally!).

#########PLEASE NOTE THIS LASER IS NOW SOLD######
First up is my beloved Laser-Wave green. I bought this through Rob (stanwax), and arrived at my house on 29th may 2009. On the phone, Rob said it was doing 218mW which isnt bad for one rated at a minimum of 100mW I don't own a laser power meter so i obviously can't guarantee it, im just repeating what i was told.

the specs of the laser are here: http://www.laser-wave.com/en/2009/0121/article_21.html

Laser comes with its original box, static bag, instructions on how to select analog or TTL +/- modulation, etc.
This cost me £135. its done literally 4 to 5 hours work, and am selling it for £100 with royal mail special delivery to the UK costing £8.65. I'm not sure about International shipping, we'd have to work something out via PM because i haven't looked down that avenue to be honest.

Next is my SpaceLas Scanner set, the pictures ive taken are at 20kpps at 13 degrees (measured using various methods!) which isnt too bad?

Not much else i can say on these really? it comes with 100-240v PSU, 2 x ILDA connectors, DMX switch thing with ten DIP switches (DMX is witchcraft to me)

The mirrors on the Galvo's are as follows; one is in really good condition, but i had a slight accident with the other one (involving a weak tripod leg and a fur tree ) and the mirror broke off at the very bottom. it's been glued back on and also comes with one brand new (never touched by a mortal human!) mirror, and one used one which is again... broken lol.

The scanners just look like your average generic scanners; complete with mounting block. both scanners have a sticker with '20Kpps00501' on them.
one of the allen bolts is a bit chewed up inside but still usable.

I'm looking for any half reasonable offers for these, i paid £250 for them from Chinese Department store 12 months ago!. shipping to UK is going to be about £8.

Next, on to the DAC and software!

The DAC is a Lumax, and the software i have is LaserWorld ShowEditor 2008 on dvd, but you can get the newer 2009 version as a free download from their website at

    http://en.laserworld.com/en/showedit...e-support.html

There are a few good bits about this software, such as the bitmap tracer which works surprisingly well!
The software isnt a touch on LiveQuick software or others, but it does the job!

It imports ILDA files, and exports them too, in format 1 to 5 (you choose)

also the effects panel in the software lets you do all kinds of crazy shit to an ILDA frame!

I'm looking for offers around £110 for the DAC and software, which comes complete with:

    • DMX Leads;
    • A DB9 converter lead (which i dont know what its use is!)
    • 2 Metre Belkin DB25 cable, which feels really good quality
    • approx 1.5 metre USB lead

Shipping will be £7 to the UK. Again, PM me about international shipping!

I'd like all payments to be either paypal, or google checkout (if it is possible to send me money through google checkout... ive only ever bought stuff with it.

or if you know of a more rapid way of sending money then let me know

Apologies for the crap pictures, but i hope you get the idea

    Any other questions, just ask!

    Thanks,
    Tom

I hate to see posts like this because I have regretted every time I sold some of my laser ware for cash or because it was just in storage.

Can't someone in t he UK buy it from you and hold on to it until you get your cash back and then sell it back to you?
