    What are you looking for?
    -[1] 75mm-wide by 10-14mm-thick high reflector optic
-[1] 75mm-wide by 2-8mm-thick optical window (output coupler)
-Neon Gas (maybe I'll end up getting some down the road tomorrow..)
    -Regulator for Neon
    -2'x4' Breadboard. (That's right!)

    What are you bringing?
    -Random laser gadgets
    -MG HeNe ~8mW head (untested)
-Other random things like twist-lock plugs and metal.

Bring the Pooches and the Kvant, that way we don't feel bad when we drool.

Southwest, Alaska Air, and United Airlines seem groovy at: 24" x 16" x 10" but most say 22" x 14" x 9"... I have never had a carry-on bag weighed, be nice to the flight crew. If you are thinking of checking, well it better be big, and padded alot... United breaks guitars and probably laser projectors too...

Both 300Evil and I flew twice with full laser projectors in August for SELEM and only got funny looks.

Oh, and we carried them on the plane too.

The key is to help the TSA staff feel relaxed by being relaxed yourself. I just went through and acted like it was business as usual and had no problems.

...oh and the airport is not much more than a stone's throw from the LEM venue.

    So you know.

I could not find Jonathan's post in the 30 seconds I looked, both he and 300Evil flew with their projectors to SELEM. You have a damn variance from the FDA you should be groovy.
