Default Problem with red laser module

Hi all, i have a problem with my red laser module (150mW, TTL modulation). I don't know what happened but the laser output power is not lighted like before, i think it output power now is approx. 30%. I know that the problem is inside the diode, because i try to connect it to the few working drivers and nothing changed. I try to disassemble laser module and check the resistors on the board where diode is soldered with multimeter and everything is ok. Also it has:

-three capacitors (but i don't know their capacity)
    -P114A photocoupler
    -AMS1117 dropout voltage regulator
    -T6311A - Low-Dropout, Constant-Current White LED Bias Supply
-and one unknown component (the mark is too small, i can't read it )
    -Laser diode

the board has two inputs - for modulation and voltage

May be someone known what was happened?

    Thanks a lot!

Could possibly be a static issue.

Make sure you always fit a Lasorb!

Yes, may be a static issue or current overload, but what of that components except resistors has more chances to be burned?

Yeah, it's your diode that is dead. What you see is called "COD" (Catastrophic Optical Damage) and occurs when the diode burns it's internal cavity mirror/coatings.
