Ok folks, as we talked about in the SELEM sign-up thread, we need to decide which presentations will be held in the auditorium (which would preclude any laser shows running while the presentation is going on), and which presentations will be held outside the auditorium, either in the lobby or in one of the backstage areas. (Which would allow laser shows to be running in the auditorium while the presentation is going on.)
Here are the presentations that are confirmed:
1) Patrick Murphy: ILDA's new stance on audience scanning power levels
2) Patrick Murphy / Bill Benner: How to measure laser power for an audience scanning show
3) Bill Benner: LASORB device
4) Bill Benner: New Pangolin QUICKSHOW software
5) Bill Benner: Pangolin Beam Brush device (can be used with any projector)
6) Bill Benner: Brief overview of 3D portion of new Pangolin BEYOND concept
In addition, the following presentations are *possible*, if the presenter is willing to speak about the topic, and if there is interest in the topic by the group. (If there is no significant interest, people are still free to approach these folks on a one-on-one basis...)
7) Andrew Kibler (Dr Lava) : ILDA SOS 3D modeling plug-in
8) Andrew Kibler (Dr Lava) : Flex-Mod laser drivers
9) Steve Robers (MixedGas) : Cleaning Optics
10) Marc Arotsky (GottaLuvLasers) : Question and Answer session on obtaining CDRH variances.
11) Gary Harper (Carmangary) : Question and Answer session on Spaghetti software
12) James Lehman : Question and Answer session on Laserboy software
I hope I didn't miss anyone.

Everybody got that? Good! Now vote! And vote quick... Simple majority rules. I plan on finalizing the schedule this weekend.
