If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.

good work guys, i have a concern about the second option.

it looks a little small? it could just the the pics, but im guessing this will be a busy meet so the more space the better.

    Thumbs up

I'm with Andy on this one.
    That room looks "Hellasmall".
I bet I could fill that place with lasers with just my own meagre gear so with all us fat blokes in attendance it would be mighty snug.

Not sure I'd want to stay in Leicester for an overnighter though.
Just the one day (carefully parked of course) would suffice for this likkle soldier.

That looks to be 60 feet by 30 feet. (counted the ceiling tiles) That is bigger than the FLEM venue and with much higher ceilings. Does it have broadband access?

Jems venue is about an hour for me and leicester is about two so either are ok.
I guess it's a case of which one is nearest for most people, although I think Rob will only take the beast to Leicester.

O.K. Guys, just a quickie before I retire to bed

Bretton Village Hall was actually just one of the options that are available. I put it forward as a suggestion to Rob due to its close proximity to J38 of the M1 and for the nice location and feel of the place. However, there are MANY more halls around here all within spitting distance, some bigger, some smaller.

So, i'm willing to organise a venue to suit. It all depends on you guys... basically wherever you want to be, you're voting for a location

Again, to save hassle and confusion i'm more than happy to withdraw these options now that Leicester is available. It's over to you...

    Cheers

you have been to all venues in past ? you have seen the hall in picture ? yuo would have ebst idea as to wether its suitable ? it looks a good shape but a little narrow ?

Taller wider bigger with room for growth and MORE and MORE lasers is what we need , ideally more northly the better
In the beginning there was none. Then came the light - #1 UKLEM - 2007
