Hey Sean i can bring some 5mm i have left over from my own plate.
It's 50cmx40cmx5mm thick. It's not the 10mm you're probably looking for, but hey i want to offer it for free if you want it ?
If have built my green 1W on the other half (see pictures in other category) and its flat.

Hi Dimitri,

That would be fantastic mate, If you could bring it to the meet it would be useful I have been trying to get my projector built for over a year now and had a number of problems with scanners and lasers, and now have them sorted, but have recently lost my job so can't afford to get ally to mount it all, currently i am using a metal panel from a PC case, but it bends all over the show :S

I can't wait to have something that works and might even look good

7. Does the venue have internet to pay for goodies i might buy from anyone (like Rob or others offering nice stuff ?)

No internet at the venue Im afraid

I have internet, I have software on my phone that can share my Mobile Broadband (2mbps) via the phones wireless, Several people can connect to it via wifi and go online I will have laptop with me too.
