Hey GottaLuvLasers!
Just saw this wedding video on YouTube... I think you need to watch it. It sure beats listening to "Here Comes the Bride" on some cheezy Hammond organ...
So - whatcha think? Will your family go for it?

LOL-
funny you should mention this! tammy and i have actually been talking about doing something like this. not for the ceremony (although you have me thinking now!) but more for our first dance!
start off the regular, slow, cheezy..."love you....love you too" slow bride/groom dance and then have the needle scratch sound or turntable platter power down sound into some crazy high energy fun dance song. actually thinking of "Apache" by sugar hill gang.
she actually wants a laser there too! LOL. (i just dont know where the HELL im gonna find a laser guy i can afford!!!) any ideas?
adam-
since you posted this you KNOW you will have to come and do a dance too right!?!?! just KEEP the clothes on!!!
thanks man! LOL.

Recklessly interfering with Darwin’s natural selection process, thereby extending the life cycle of dim-witted ignorami; thus perpetuating and magnifying the danger to us all, by enabling them to breed and walk amongst us, our children and loved ones.
Was this kind of what you were thinking of, but with some lasers.

Haha! Glad to hear you're thinking about something unconventional, Marc. It makes the day worth remembering in so many more ways.
For the record, my wife and I were married in a park. Yeah, that's right... Outside, in a park, bright sunlight, near a water fountain next to a rose garden. And no priest either - just a justice of the peace and about 30 close family and friends. Afterward, we went wading in the river. (Yeah, me in a tux and her in a gown still!) And 23 years later, I wouldn't change a single thing. (Yesterday was our anniversary, btw!) So don't be afraid to try something different.![]()
As for the "first dance" change-up idea, I've always liked this video. Though as Soforene pointed out, none of these people can ever seem to dance worth a damn. But then again, neither can I! (About the best I can manage is a mangled jitterbug, and even then, my wife is doing all the work in the turns, and I just sit there and mark time...)

Ok Mike, you got me there.Hammond's aren't *always* cheezy.
But they damn sure sound cheezy when someone's playing "Here Comes the Bride" on one...
Adam
I think, I think the video is cool!!
But I think for you, there needs to be lasers everywere, walk under houndreds of beams!!!!
I call the lighting part!!!
