Got help pulling the meat. I'll bring gloves and extra beer. Southern tradition.....gotta have beer while prepping the meat.

Works for me. I'm flexable. Depending upon the state of my projector..... it might not even make the trip. Besides, the temps it's cooked and stored at, it can set out for a few hours (safely) where everyone can enjoy.

Are you going to be able to make it for the pre-SELEM dinner party on Friday night? Dude - you really don't want to miss that. Even though I love good pulled-pork BBQ more than just about anything, if it comes down to you missing the party just to bring us lunch, then I've got to say to hell with the pork. Seriously! The dinner party is going to be that much fun!

No Adam, Fridays are killer at work and when your name is on the door...... I don't see any way after working 10+ hours then driving 4 more.

Missing the party will suck, but there's now way around it.

Damn Doug... That sucks. But yeah, if your name is on the door, you're stuck there for the duration. Sorry dude. (We'll hoist a glass or two in your name though!)

As for what time would be good to eat lunch on Saturday, how about sometime between noon and 3 PM?
