There you go.
That just indicates brightness in the relative dark of the tent. You can't tell irradiance powers from that nor scan rates.
This is a picture from a big name show I went to where there were no injuries or camera damage - the guy in the centre whose t-shirt is illuminated green has his back to the laser and is actually illuminated by the reflection off the shirt off the guy in front of him (nearer to the camera) :
When you see the video, you realise how high the scan rate actually was:

In fact you can see the camera taking direct hits and they barely even register. Camera was pixel perfect after the event.
Laser pointers...... I expected such a thing... I see them more and more on festivals here in hollland. I still don't understand how they get them on the festival since everybody is searched by security... (probably the same way they get drugs in...)
Last week I also had a little 'incident' with a guy and a laserpointer... I work as a DJ in a discotheque. And in the crowd there was a guy with a laser pointer which he was waving around in the smoke. Then he beamed close to my eyes......I contacted one of the security guys and he was delivered to the police. The pointer got seized and he got a fine of 90 euro's.

I'm not sure what he was charged with, I will ask the security guy when I see him.
Since only Class 1 and 2 max 1 mw are allowed to use here in Holland. It will probably fall under what we call "Wet Wapens en Munitie" (WWM). Translated "Weapons and munitions law".
I read about the incident with the Apache, apperently they used the Apache to track them![]()
That's how these things should be handled, by the police and/or event security. It's good to see enforcement exists.
