Default Projector Wiring.... Cleanup for SELEM

    Hey Everyone!
Just spent the evening cleaning up the wiring on the first level of my projector on account of installing DZ's wonderful ILDA and Color Correction Board. It's not perfect as I still consider this projector my "Test Platform" until I finish my design and build the perfect projector enclosure. It is however way better than the rats nest I had under there before. Tomorrow I'm going to go through the process of tuning my CCB along with the FlexMod 2 drivers for the red and green heads and re-tune my galvo amps. (26 pots worth of tweaking!) Should be an eventful evening. I'll post my results on how the tuning all worked out sometime tomorrow. Here are some pics for you to point and laugh at.
    Thanks!
    Adam

SO, if I drop-ship my crate-o'-wires to you by the weekend, you'll have it cleaned up in time for SELEM, correct?

Nice job, dude - looks awesome!!

Ha! I've been wiring control panels for NASA with my dad since I was 10. I just got lazy when it came to my own equipment. Although, everyone's clean projectors at FLEM got me thinking I should clean up my act. Thanks Guys!

I call BS. Oh wait.. I guess I've been to the moon, so I guess it's possible that you've wired control panels for NASA...

Not a bad job mr evil.

One thing from the hifi freak perspective is this however... could all those power feeds in a tight bunch possibly create some sort of emi inside some cables? I doubt it'd cause issues but just something to keep in mind if you do get something quirky! Whenever i'm wiring something up I'll try to keep separation in mind of these issues, especially AC to low voltage HF cabling.

I'm very keen to re-do all feeds (especially earths) in my projector and route them accordingly...
