    Default Pangolin Shipping

Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone can give me a ideal on how long it takes to receive a product from Pangolin. ( Florida to Texas)
The invoice that they emailed me said the shipping date was the third but it also stated the it was being shipped by Fed Ex 2nd Day. ($35)
I haven't heard from them since I ordered so I'm unable to track the package. I emailed them yesterday (Justin) but I never got any response.
We kinda rearranged our schedules to make sure someone was here to receive it but nothing showed up.
The sad news is were leaving town today and there won't be anyone here.....I hope the fed x guys knows not to leave it on my sidewalk
I'm really disappointed that I didn't receive the FB3 by last night but hopefully Pangolin and Fed Ex will come thru..........

If Pangolin don't come through for you; we're all doomed.

Pangolin will do handstands to help a customer.

I'm sure Pangolin as held up their end of the transaction...

I'm not real confident in Fed Ex though.
I think maybe they failed on this one

I think Bill (CEO) of Pangolin is away as he hasn't been here for a few days but if he was I know he'd jump on this one straight away as he always bends over backwards to look after his customers.

Sometimes emails go astray. Have you filled out the contact form on the pangolin web site? : http://www.pangolin.com/contact/index.php

Try sending the same mail to a couple of different people in case any things going astray. I'm sure you'll get response. If not, pm me late Monday (to give them time to respond) and I'll give you Bill's email address - I'm sure he wouldn't mind in the circumstances.

Thanks, I feel a bit better now, my neighbor said they will keep a eye out for the courier. I was just concerned that they would drop the package out front somewhere and it would be sitting there. For some reason FedEx and UPS likes to sneak up to the house and drop the package and run without ever knocking on the door.
I'm sure all will work out OK, I'm just overly anxious to get things going. I'm sure the extra few days I have to wait will be worth it.

Hey chuck, I am posting real quick as I am about to check out from a hotel; I would call, or would have yesterday. There may be someone in the office today; I would try to call and leave a message. You didn't receive a tracking # from FedEX?

No I didn't get anything except a shipping charge confirmation from Justin. I approved the two day shipping fee and replied. The total payment cleared through my bank so I know he got the confirmation. We are getting ready to leave but if it's not here with my neighbor when I get back, I'll give them a buzz and see if a tracking number is available.
I was really looking forward to taking it with me so I could start on the discovery phase of the software while my wife and daughter or out runnig around but it's ok.....it won't hurt me to wait a little longer.....I've waited this long, a few more days won't matter. I feel pretty sure that fedex dropped the ball, things are tuff all over I guess.

    Thanks for the advise guys

Probably not much help, but here in the UK i ordered a new 'house' phone and paid the extra to have it 'next day' delivered to my office (on the Friday).
I got in contact on the Monday when i still hadn't received it to be told they had delivered it. After some digging around it transpired that the cretins at FedEx had delivered it to another company with a similar name not more than 2 miles away.
I'm guessing that as it was Friday, the lazy turd delivery driver couldn't be bothered to check the address correctly. I had to drive over to pick it up. I've sent them a few scathing emails, but as yet, still no apology. W@nkers
Needless to say, if i can help it, i will never use fedex again
