Pinout for 8W Taipan OPSL

UMM..I have a Coherent Taipan 3w and it says "Taipan" on the sticker , yours says "MiniG" , are you sure thats a 532nm 8w?

Yes, this is a 8W Taipan according the serial number, I had a nice long conversation on the phone with an engineer from Coherent. It has a different model number because it was integrated into another product, Taipan was the entertainment version.

Do you have a pinout for the connector on your laser?

No pinout schematics came with mine, but the power supply is Enermax brand, you might be able to call and try them....

If you really must know, this. Didn't cost me anything, except a little gas money. There are things called trades which you can do person to person so you can make sure the person isn't an ass like you are being.

Sounds fair to me.
The laser community isn't a big one and when conmen (like laser ben) keep ripping people off then they will get their just deserts.
As new members join the forum it is beholden upon the other members to inform them when there's a chance they may be ripped off by a conman.
That's the whole point of a forum, especially in a self moderated one like this.

As it is, laser ben has been making excuse after excuse with Jim in trying to fob him off and hope that he'll just forget about the money he's owed.
The constant cajoling has finally got the amount down to 50 bucks (which is about 20 quid).
A pitiful amount to rip someone off for.
What's in it for you laser ben?
