Board Undergoing Changes?

Is my internet bugging out or is PL under some sort of maintenance right now?

Buttons and formatting are disappearing and reappearing and I'm getting a little slow-down too.

Just wondering.

I have noticed it a couple times, however I don't think it is the board or host, I think it is just the computer failing to load the items. Whenever I refresh, it goes away.
